چکیده
We propose the encoding of memristive quantum dynamics on a digital computer. Using set auxiliary qubits, we simulate an effective non-Markovian environment inspired by collisional model, reproducing features between expectation values different operators in single qubit. numerically test our proposal IBM simulator with 32 obtaining pinched hysteresis curve that characterizes memristor model. Furthermore, extend method to case two coupled memristors, opening door study neuromorphic computing current noisy devices.

Quantum memristors
Technology based on memristors, resistors with memory whose resistance depends on the history of the crossing charges, has lately enhanced the classical paradigm of computation with neuromorphic architectures. However, in contrast to the known quantized models of passive circuit elements, such as inductors, capacitors or resistors, the design and realization of a quantum memristor is still miss...
متن کاملQuantum Memristors in Quantum Photonics
We propose a method to build quantum memristors in quantum photonic platforms. We firstly design an effective beam splitter, which is tunable in real-time, by means of a Mach-Zehnder-type array with two equal 50:50 beam splitters and a tunable retarder, which allows us to control its reflectivity. Then, we show that this tunable beam splitter, when equipped with weak measurements and classical ...
متن کاملQuantum Memristors with Superconducting Circuits
Memristors are resistive elements retaining information of their past dynamics. They have garnered substantial interest due to their potential for representing a paradigm change in electronics, information processing and unconventional computing. Given the advent of quantum technologies, a design for a quantum memristor with superconducting circuits may be envisaged. Along these lines, we intro...
متن کاملMemristors by Quantum Mechanics
Memristor behavior is explained with a physical model based on quantum mechanics that claims charge is naturally created anytime energy is absorbed at the nanoscale. Quantum mechanics requires specific heat to vanish at the nanoscale, and therefore the electrical resistive heating in the memristor cannot be conserved by an increase in temperature. Conservation proceeds by frequency up-conversio...

We study the e ect of quantum non-integrability in quantum computation. A quantum Hamiltonian H = 1 2 (p 2 x + p 2 y + x 2 y 2 ) whose classical counterpart is known to be non-integrable is considered as a candidate of quantum non-integrable Hamiltonian using the Weyl rule. Our analysis illustrates a relation between quantum computability and quantum integrability, whose classical limit corresp...
